This week we will show you how we can become the Revenue Management department for a hotel or chain. Continuing with the optimization of income and maximization of benefits, the Innwise services offer you complete management outsourcing or a reporting and consulting service adapted to the needs of the hotel.

Revenue Service

We take care of the hotel’s daily running.

It is an assessment and reporting service on revenue management strategy. We study, elaborate and implement the best revenue strategy and follow up on it.

Innwise offers the diagnostics and strategy and the hotel is in charge of the operational management.

We do it in four steps:

  • Study the present situation using the hotel’s historic data.
  • Service set up and personalization. Including adapting the processes and parameters to the needed tools for the service to be provided.
  • Definition of the revenue management strategy: Elaboration of forecast, client segmentation, definition of the optimal cannel mix and planning the price calendar.
  • Definition of the revenue management strategy:

1. Daily assessment. Reports are made on:

      • Daily development of the main indicators (OTB, SD LY, RevPAR, revenue, ADR, % Occupation, etc.)
      • Study of sales through the main channels
      • Study of commission from the main channels

2. On a monthly bases, the hotel receives a full report where the proposed strategy is studied, actions taken during the previous month are evaluated, all the indicators are assessed and new actions to be taken are proposed. In contains information on:

      • Development of indicators
      • Hotel compset comparison
      • Lead Time study
      • Accumulated production by the main channels and segments
      • Analysis and valuation of the sales by direct cannel vs intermediaries
      • Strategy revision and action proposal.
