Innwise offers various training sessions, oriented to different audiences. We carry out onsite training for management as well as intermediary positions and operational posts. Both programs offer revenue management content and concepts, tactics and strategies, forecasting, strategic pricing, etc.

We also offer The Superior Hotel Revenue Management Program, with blended training. The online courses are given in conjunction with one of the most important Schools for Tourism in Spain, CENP. The training offered is completed with workshops and seminars on the subject of revenue. It is important to add, that all the Revenue Management training programs offered by Innwise include the use of a hotel simulator.

TRAINING COURSE FOR HOTEL MANAGERS

Managers, assistant managers, representatives and other corporate directors, who are part of hotel chains and want to get an introduction or strengthen their Revenue Management knowledge and optimize their professional performance.

Subject matter includes :

  • Revenue management concepts, hotel distribution, models and added value.
  • Demand forecast and management.
  • Direct cannel management vs. Intermediary channel
  • Key indicators, Hotel Revenue Management tactical and strategic processes.
  • Total Revenue Management

The method

  • In house on site training made up of theoretical sessions where specific content is explained, and practical sessions, with the Cornell University Hotel Simulator tool.
  • Onsite sessions of approximately 20 hours (2 consecutive days) with groups of between 15 and 30 people.

TRAINING COURSE FOR MID-LEVEL COMMAND

Mid-Level hotel positions (Head of reception, Head of Reservations, Head of Sales, Channel Managers, and Receptionists) that want to delve deeper and specialise in the discipline.

Subject matter includes

  • Introduction and concepts of Revenue Management
  • Channel Management and disparity control
  • Forecast improvement and optimization
  • New tendencies in present Hotel Distribution, models and added values.
  • Practical cases using the tools

The method:

  • In house on site training made up of theoretical sessions where specific content is explained, and practical sessions, with a hotel simulator tool.
  • Onsite sessions of approximately 20 hours (2 consecutive days) with groups of between 15 and 30 people.
