Thomas Cook has reached an agreement with TrustYou to manage the online reputation of their more than 45.000 associated hotels for a number of years. Innwise’s partner TrustYou will provide the hotels with indications of how their clients feel about them, this will help them take measures to improve their services.
Opinions are what most influence travellers when making their decisions and finding out about the hotel. But this involves millions of pieces of data.
TripAdvisor is responsible for just 25% of the opinions worldwide. Thomas Cook has recognized this and reached an agreement with TrustYou which will allow them to control the service provided by the hotels they have contracted, as well as search for and analyse the opinions of the consumers regarding the accommodation they offer.
