In this environment, where changing society demands more and more solutions and knowledge, the tourism industry needs more than ever to be flexible, innovative and to adapt to the changes imposed upon it by the constantly evolving world and the new players that require daily interaction.

In practice, this new commitment is reflected in two new departments; two crucial influences for satisfying our raison d’être:

1) THE IDISO DIGITAL DEPARTMENT

Clients are digital. A new breed will dominate in 2020: Digital Natives, their behaviour will require hotel chains to make big changes, transformations even. Added to this we have the unstoppable growth of OTA’s, the hotel sector must compensate for their online domination and centre their own efforts on generating more income through the Direct Channel, Digital marketing and knowing their clients.

Idiso has created two new initiatives, to help meet the challenges of this paradigm and provide solutions. These initiatives join their knowledge of the hotel world with their management tools and Digital Marketing services, aiming to proactively help clients sell more and increase their RevPAR:

Idiso Consulting

Idiso Consulting offers you an integrated hotel distribution strategy and digital transformation consultancy, with the aim of quickly changing the channel mix. It includes the following areas: Distribution Strategy, Health Check, Customer Strategy and Revenue Optimization, with the objective of managing the customer’s journey from acquisition, conversion and customer loyalty.

Idiso Digital

Idiso Digital was designed to be your expert digital marketing department, increasing your sales through online channels, made up of a team of highly qualified Performance Marketing, Digital Data Marketing and Programme Marketing specialists, focused on optimising your hotel’s conversion rates. We have our own powerful Digital marketing platform that specialises in hotels, allowing us to manage omni-channel campaigns, including attribution and analytical tools, using its own automatic bid management system and keyword optimization on our partner’s networks. Our goal is to maximise the marketing budget, optimising the investment in each medium though advanced attribution algorithms.

2) INNOVATION DEPARTMENT

It is estimated that by 2003 humanity had generated a total of 5 exabytes of information, created and stored worldwide. Presently, we generate the same amount of information every 2 days. Information is the new currency and companies that can get hold of it can be more competitive. Idiso’s aim is to help hotels use information to their advantage, starting from two different concepts.

  • Capture new information from data sources other than the hotel’s own system (Big Data).
